Missoula runners looking to up the ante with their next race can participate in The University of Montana Physical Therapy Student Association’s seventh annual Bust A Gut 5K at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 23.
The race begins in the UM Oval and continues down the Kim Williams Trail. Racers can stop at optional fitness stations along the traditional 3.1-mile route to help “bust their gut.”
The Bust A Gut 5K funds scholarships for first-year physical therapy students at UM. Registration costs $15 in advance and $20 the day of the race and will be available from 8:30 to 10 a.m. in the Oval. Advance registration is available online at http://www.racemontana.com.
