MISSOULA – University of Montana students can boost their resume and enhance their leadership skills during the 2013 Student Leadership Conference at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, on the University Center Third Floor.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Crossroads: What is Your Destination?” It will focus on how to choose from options at the “intersection” of life, how to be a change-maker and how to deal with definitive turning points in life. The conference includes a keynote speech, workshops and resources to build self-confidence, increase self-awareness and teach skills students will carry into their future careers.

Keynote speaker Jonathon Sprinkles is a TV personality, featured columnist and author of 10 books. His tips on connecting in business and in relationships have been featured by ABC, Fox News, Glamour and USA Today.

The conference costs $5, which students can pay in advance at The Source in the UC or at the registration table the day of the conference. For more information and to register online for the conference, visit http://life.umt.edu/uc/ucsi/SIN/leadership/conference/.
