MISSOULA – The Women’s Law Caucus at the University of Montana will host its 18th annual silent auction from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, March 6, at the Missoula Children’s Theatre, located at 200 N. Adams St.

Proceeds from the event benefit the YWCA Missoula’s Pathways Program, which provides local domestic violence and sexual assault services, including a safe shelter for women, men and children fleeing abusive situations. The Pathways Program also provides a 24-hour crisis hotline, walk-in peer counseling, weekly support groups, in-house short-term therapy, referrals to community resources and legal, personal and medical advocacy.

The event is free and open to the public. Complimentary refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be served.

“The Missoula community plays a large role in the success of this auction,” UM Women’s Law Caucus President Paige Griffith said. “We hope to see you there.”
