Campus Invited to Grand Opening of The Branch Center in the University Center

January 23, 2017

MISSOULA – The University Center at the University of Montana will host a grand opening of The Branch Center from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1. The event is free and open to the campus community, with refreshments provided by UM Catering.

The Branch Center is a community space for student diversity and inclusion which supports student success by providing programs, services and resources for historically underrepresented UM students and their allies. It is named after UM’s former Vice President of Student Affairs Teresa Branch, who retired this past June.

The space, formerly known as the Student Organization Suite, was renovated in 2016. It is located on the second floor of the UC, across from the Food Court.
